YSR Congress Party Chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy alleged that Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu has allotted costly lands at various parts of the state to his kins, party leaders and relatives for very nominal prices.
The Opposition Leader said that the land scam was done in many parts of the state but he did list out 3 prime allotments given by Babu after forming the government in Andhra Pradesh.
1.498 acres of prime land near Vijayawada was sanctioned to Hindupur MLA Nandamuri Balakrishna’s relative at very nominal price of Rs 1 lakh per acre, which is nowhere near to the real price.
- 21 acres of costly land sanctioned to Guntur MP Galla Jayadev’s Company in Tirupati.
- Prime Land allotments were done for TDP Offices across the states in districts like East Godavari, Srikakulam and Vizianagaram on 99 years lease basis.
Jagan alleged that TDP Government must answer on what basis the lands were allotted for so cheap prices.
After the new state formed, land prices have touched sky but it seems that applies only for common man not to ruling party members.
