Actor Aadhi Pinisetty, who is hogging all the limelight for his scintillating performance in Allu Arjun’s ‘Sarrainodu’, was actually the 3rd choice for the role.
Director Boyapati Sreenu, who cast Aadhi Pinisetty as the Films’ antagonist, revealed that Madhavan and Vivek Oberoi were the first two choices for the villain role and Aadhi was never in his mind.
Madhavan has rejected Sarrainodu as he was busy with other projects while Vivek Oberoi opted out as he was not interested to do negative role and get beaten up by hero.
Then, Boyapati thought of Aadhi Pinisetty. He was hesitant to ask Aadhi to play villain character but after the narration, Aadhi immediately agreed to essay the role. Now, Aadhi is getting equal response to Bunny for his performance in the film.
So, the 3rd choice proved to be lucky for ‘Sarrainodu’.
Aadhi has made his mark in Telugu film Industry with films like ‘Mrugam’, ‘Gundello Godari’, ‘Vaishali’ and ‘Malupu’. With the success of Sarrainodu, he might take up more villain characters in future.
