It is well known that Megastar Chiranjeevi’s comeback Film, 150th Movie, will be the remake of ‘Katthi’ and it will be produced by his son Ram Charan only. As per sources, Charan is paying Rs 30 Crore remuneration to his father for this film. HOW MUCH truth is there in this news? Let’s see.
Lyca Productions, the production house which is producing Rajinikanth’s ‘Robot 2.0’, is also co-producing Chiru’s film with Ram Charan. We can still say that the film is home production of Chiranjeevi as Lyca’s contribution will be minimum. So whatever the amount he will be getting will remain inside the house and no one will ever know the truth.
Before Chiranjeevi quit movies in 2007, he was Tollywood’s Highest Paid actor. Recently Mahesh Babu became the highest paid star as he was paid whopping Rs 25 Crore for his new movie in the direction of A R Murugadoss.
Considering the image of Chiranjeevi, it would not look good if he takes less than Mahesh Babu. Hence Ram Charan offered Rs 30 Crore to his father to prove that he still is the highest paid actor.
