It is well known that Megastar Chiranjeevi is making grand plans for the Telugu remake of ‘Katthi’.
The Film will be produced by his son Ram Charan and an official announcement is expected on the eve of this sankranhi. Script work is progressing swiftly in the guidance of director VV Vinayak, who will be helming Chiru again after their successful collaboration in ‘Tagore’. The leading lady of the film has been confusing fans for a long time.
As per official reports, top actress Nayanatara has been finalized for this film. As Chiru is 60+, he wanted a mature actress beside him so Nayan’s name has been finalized. For the starters, Nayan was supposed to act with Ram Charan in his new film.
It is known that Charan is remaking super hit Tamil film ‘Thani Oruvan’ in Telugu. Nayan played the leading lady in the Tamil version. Although makers wanted to repeat her in Telugu, Charan said no as he wanted to reserve Nayan to pair up with his dad, Chiranjeevi.
