Telangana IT and Panchayat Raj Minister KT Rama Rao’s latest speech is going viral on social media in which he praises Andhra people for their hosting and announcing to change the name of Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) to Telugu Rashtra Samiti (TRS).
Ahead of the GHMC elections, KTR recently addressed a gathering of Andhra Pradesh natives living in Hyderabad and in his speech, KTR said that his father and Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao is loved by people of both the Telugu states. He cited the example of response to the KCR’s speech at the foundation stone laying ceremony of Amaravati.
Apart from changing the name of Telangana Rashtra Samiti to Telugu Rashtra Samiti, KTR also said that he decided his constituency as Bhimavaram in Godavari district to contest elections.
