After tasting a huge flop like ‘Bruce Lee’, Ram Charan is set to start working on his new project, the Telugu remake of Tamil blockbuster Film ‘Thani Oruvan’.
Ram Charan has been planning meticulously for this film. He has decided to finish the film on tight Budget and sell the distribution rights to the same distributors who lost big on ‘Bruce Lee’. The makers had been looking for the actress to rope in opposite Charan and finally Malayalam beauty Keerthy Suresh has been signed.
Although the likes of Kajal Aggarwal and Shruti Haasan were considered first, Keerthy Trumped them all. Makers took this decision to cut down the budget of the film it is said. Keerthy, after making solid debut with Ram’s latest hit ‘Nenu Sailaja’, has become crazy actress in Tollywood.
Since she doesn’t charge more than Rs 30 lakh per film, makers thought of it as a good ploy to cut down budget, have a fresh combination and use the craze of Keerthy Suresh for their film.
It will be a gear opportunity for Keerthy as well.
