India were beaten by 106 runs by hosts Australia in their first warm-up match for the World cup at the Adelaide Oval here Sunday.

Australian Opener David Warner (104) and Glenn Maxwell (122) helped to score huge total of 371 in 48.2 overs.

Chasing a gigantic target of 372 runs, Team India collapsed for 265 runs in 45.1 overs.

Rahane (66) scored highest runs in the match.
Shikhar Dhawan (59), Ambati Rayadu (53), Jadeja (20), Kohli (18), Rohit Sharma (8), Raina (9), Patel (5) and Ashwin (1) were additionally among runs yet it wasn’t sufficient to help India’s win.
