A Political Leader can change the nation if he/she has strong vision with a strong commitment. Where there is no vision, the people perish.

The primary and foremost accountability of a political leader is to outline reality. In order to restore faith in public, it involves a profound study, analysis, Strategy and so many other elements because people are deeply fed up with corrupt, immoral and fraudulent political leaders.

Amid all the political chaos, South Superstar and Jana Sena Party supremo Pawan Kalyan has been trying to express his concerns on several issues since the JanaSena inception.

Based on a clear understanding of his concerns over society, it makes clear that he wants the common people know what they deserve and how to get it.

As part of that, he has been building cadre for Jana Sena Party and making it ready to serve the people.

The method he is taking in selecting activists seems very thought-provoking yet innovative.

Pawan Kalyan recently started choosing activists (i.e, speakers, analysts, writers etc.) from Anantpur district of Andhra Pradesh through entrance test.

Now, he is making the same approach applicable to all the districts of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.  He has released a statement asking applications from aspirants in Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, Vijayanagaram and Srikakulam.

According to the statement, enthusiasts from the mentioned districts can submit their applications online via Jana Sena party’s website (6th of May to 13th of May). A test will be conducted to identify talent (i.e speakers, writers and analysts) among youngsters.

In response to Pawan Kalyan ‘s different approaches,  Political Analysts say “a small group of thoughtful, selfless citizens can change the social order.”
