Tamil actor Dhanush has put an end to the rumors that were spread since few days about his opposition to the traditional bull taming sport aka Jallikattu as a supporter of PETA.
Since few days, there have been rumors flood that Dhanush is against Jallikattu as he is awarded by PETA once. Hence, Dhanush clarified that he is not associated with the animal rights organization, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA), in any manner and he supports Jallikattu, the ancient bull taming sport of Tamil Nadu.

It is known that Jallikattu is being opposed by animal rights activists. Even the Supreme Court declined to allow Jallikattu citing animal cruelty as reasons. Not only bulls, many young men die and get injured during the practice of taming bulls.
