We have already reported long back that star hero Hrithik Roshan will star in a new Film titled ‘Kabil’ to be produced by his father Rakesh Roshan and directed by Sanjay Gupta.
The makers of ‘Kabil’ received a huge shock after model and actor Sudanshu Pandey has lodged a case against them alleging that they stole the story of his upcoming film ‘Farmaish’. The story has been altered to make as `Kabil’ starring Hrithik Roshan, alleged Sudanshu in his complaint.
After Sudanshu had filed police complaint, the police have questioned Rakesh Roshan and director Sanjay Gupta in this regard. Their statements were also recorded. The news spread like wildfire and defamed the reputation of Roshan Sr, who is a veteran actor and director of Krishh series, Koi Mil Gaya and Kaho Na Pyaar Hai.
It is said that Rakesh Roshan has now decided to file a defamation suit of Rs 50 crore against Sudanshu.
