Watch: New Zealand Batsman Suffers Severe Eye Injury

New Zealand Cricketer Mitchell McClenaghan has been seriously hurt today when he was hit by a Pakistani pacer Anwar Ali’s bouncer in the third One-day International at Wellington.

As we can see in the Video, the bouncer hit him on the helmet and also bruised his left eye. After he was hit, Mitchell sprawled on the ground and the bones around the left eye are said to have been smashed.

He was taken to hospital and after the doctors treated him, Mitchell regained consciousness and managed to tweet that he was fine.
