Dashing Indian Cricketer Virat Kohli has given a sweet sendoff to Australian player Steve Smith after he got out.
India defeated Australia in the first T20 match that took place in Adelaide. The Aussies were bowled out for 151 runs in 19.3 overs, thus falling short by 37 runs of the score made by India, 188. Indian batsmen put up an impressive score thanks to Man of the Match Virat Kohli’s innings of 90 runs from just 55 balls.
The bowlers chipped in well for India to give a splendid victory. Bumrah, Jadeja and Ashwin were the stars of the bowling team well supported by Ashish Nehra. India leads the series 1-0 now. After the embarrassing 1-4 defeat in the ODI format, this is a welcome win, which came on the eve of Republic Day.
More than the win, the sendoff given by Kohli to Steve Smith when he caught him out of the bowling of Ravindra Jadeja, attracted everyone.
