Director of upcoming Tamil Film ‘Pokkiri Raja’, Prakash, revealed that while shooting for a fight sequence for the film, his two lead actors really fought.
Tamil actors Jeeva and Sibiraj are playing the leads while Hansika is playing the leading lady in this upcoming romantic drama. Director revealed that there is a scene in the film in which both Jeeva and Sibiraj fight for Hansika.
As director felt that Jeeva’s expression after being hit by Sibiraj was not satisfactory, he asked Sibiraj to really hit Jeeva so that natural expression can come. After Jeeva was hit for real, he got furious and hit back Sibiraj. The issue turned aggressive and the unit members had to work hard to convince the actors to resume the shoot.
Interestingly, the director had no idea that both sibiraj and Jeeva were childhood friends in real life. However, this reel incident brought distance between them as they no more talk to each other.
Pokkiri Raja is slated for release on 26th February.
