Character artiste Karate Kalyani aka Padala Kalyani, who is well known to Telugu Audiences with her roles in Films like Chathrapathi, Mirapakay, Krishna etc. has entered the Limca Book of Records.
Not many know that she is also known as Harikatha Kalyani owing to her prolific performances as Harikatha artiste. As per reports, Kalyani gave nonstop Harikatha performance along with her Adibhatla Kala Peetham from 20th to 25th June last year in Hyderabad. Her marathon performance went on for 114 hours, 45 minutes and 55 seconds.
Recently, the Limca Book of Records officials recognized Kalyani’s record breaking feat and included her name in the latest edition.
