Australian spin legend Shane Warne got bitten on his head by a non-venomous anaconda during his ongoing stint on a reality TV show, ‘I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!’.
While performing a task on the show, Warne first bravely faced boxes filled with African clawed frogs, scorpions and Madagascan hissing cockroaches in search of stars.
Later, Shane was presented with a box of snakes. Despite the host warned the legendary spinner that the snakes could think he is their meal, Shane put his head into the box containing anacondas, rat snakes and corn snakes and got bitten by an aggressive anaconda.
Warne was immediately treated for his injury and he is being monitored for any sign of infection. Even after being bitten by the snake, Shane bravely continued with the show. The juvenile anaconda is said to be the one that actually struck Shane.
