Bollywood Badshah Shah Rukh Khan has recently said he hopes to make Indian films of international level.
“I would like Tom Cruise to say one day ‘I’ve been given a chance in a Hindi film’,” Mr. Khan said.
“That will be wonderful,” he further said.
“Christopher Nolan would say that there is a producer in India who wants him to make a film…Inshallah, that will happen,” Mr. Khan added.
Shah Rukh Khan has so far appeared in more than 80 Bollywood films, and earned numerous accolades, including 14 Filmfare Awards.
Khan has a significant following in Asia and the Indian diaspora Worldwide. In terms of Audience size and income, he has been described as one of the most successful film stars in the world.
