The flag carrier airline of India ‘Air India’ has removed a senior executive from the post of General Manager of Inflight Services (IFS) over his alleged connection in a sexual harassment case.
In a letter to Civil Aviation minister Suresh Prabhu, an Air India hostess had alleged that the executive sexually harassed her for 6 years.
“He’s equal to if not worse than Harvey Weinstein,” the hostess stated.
The Woman and Child Development (WCD) Ministry had asked the airline Management to provide particulars of the constant sexual harassment cases.
