We have already reported that the makers of Pawan Kalyan’s upcoming Film Sardaar Gabbar Singh have already finished the film’s censor formalities and grabbed U/A certificate.
With the censor process, makers cleared all those doubts about the film’s release on announced date, April 8. But, they have created a huge worrying factor for the fans with the total runtime of Sardaar.
With a runtime of 2 hours and 45 minutes, the makers of Sardaar Gabbar Singh are indeed taking a big risk. Such long duration films often fail to make the Audiences glued to the seats till the end as there definitely comes a point when they get bored.
It may be noted that this runtime will increase by 8-9 minutes after adding the 2 sings that were shot recently in Switzerland. The mere presence of Pawan Kalyan and his mannerisms might not be enough to entertain the fans and Audiences for such long duration.
Rather than trimming the film after getting negative feedback on day one, it will be a clever move if they edit the film by 20 minutes or so even before the film hits screens.
