Jagan Reddy Attacked With Knife, JSP Chief Pawan Kalyan Condemns The Despicable ActYSR Congress party chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy was wounded in a knife attack on Thursday at Visakhapatnam airport.
Police acknowledged the attacker as Janipalli Srinivasa Rao and he has been working as a chef in Fusion Foods Restaurant at the airport for the past one year.
The attacker was taken into custody by airport security and handed over to Andhra Pradesh police.
The YSR Congress leaders are demanding that the conspirators behind the attack be brought to court of law.
YSR Congress MLA Roja said, this is yet another instance of the failure of ruling Telugu Desam Party (TDP).
Janasena party chief Pawan Kalyan condemned the despicable attack and said in a statement, “attempt to murder Mr. YS Jaganmohan Reddy, President YSR Congress and Leader of opposition is inhuman.”
Pawan Kalyan also said, “Janasena strongly believe in democracy, and such incidents should not happen in society. Everybody who believe in democracy should condemn it.”
He further said, “Janasena believe that this incident is serious one. Union and State Governments should take care as such incidents should not repeat. We wish Mr. Jaganmohan Reddy will recover soon. Janasena demands adequate enquiry into this.”
