Exposing the Andhra Pradesh government’s false report on the compensation of ‘displaced tribals’, tribal representatives said to Pawan Kalyan that the government of Andhra Pradesh in its report sent to Central Government claimed to have paid a compensation of Rs. 11.5 lakh per acre, in reality the government to the displaced tribals compensated only ‘RS.3 -7’ lakh per acre.

The State Government as part of displacement scheme provided each tribal two acres of land, however the land the government provided to the tribals was not apt for farming, tribal said to JanaSena Chief.

They also said to Pawan Kalyan that the houses they received from the government as part of rehabilitation are very poor quality and leaking at places during rainy season.

They further urged Pawan Kalyan to stand by them and take up the concerned issues with the government.

Responding on the issues raised by the tribals, Mr. Kalyan said projects are important for the state development, however rehabilitation to the displaced is also very important.

He also visited the lands given to the displaced and carefully listened to their complaints.
