The ICC Cricket 50 Overs World cup is just a few months away. The tournament will start on May 30 next year where the host England will take on South Africa at the Oval. The final of this marquee tournament will be on July 14 at Cricket’s heritage stadium Lords. The ten qualified teams are, therefore, on a full swing for the preparation of this tournament.
However, as per the latest information from the general manager of ICC Cricket Council Campbell Jamieson, a majority of the tickets have been sold out for all the matches to be held in the World Cup.
To be precise, there are approximately 3500 tickets left in a total of all the 48 games.
If you are an Indian fan and wish to watch the match live at the stadium, you are already too late. According to Campbell Jamieson, tickets for all Indian games have been sold out.
Team India will start its World Cup tour against South Africa on 5th June at Southampton.
