It seems like ages since Shahrukh Khan has delivered any blockbuster Movies. To begin with, Jab Harry Met Sejal to Zero till date SRK movies have made a dent at the Box Office. The romance king cannot gather enough fans with his romantic outings as compared to action thriller Don 2 that has a life a lifetime collection of ₹106.71 crore JHMS earned only ₹64.33 crore after running for six weeks 8n theatres.
The movie Zero opened with a base collection of ₹20.14 crore and later dipped to ₹18.22 crore and geared up again with ₹20.71 crore. A week then of its release it has collected around ₹81.32 crore. In 2017, SRK plays a gangster role in Raees which earned him around ₹137.51 crore in India as compared to that of Salman’s Sultan and Aamir’s Dangal in B. O. ranking.
SRK’s previous release in 2016, Fan and Dear Zindagi earned ₹68.16 crore and 84.10 crores respectively whereas Sultan and Dangal have a collection of ₹300.45 crore & ₹387.38 crore respectively. SRK almost lost his position after Dilwale in 2015 with a group of ₹148.72 crore where Salman movies Bajrangi Bhaijan (₹320.34) and Prem Ratan Dhan Payo (₹210.16 crore) outshined movies of SRK.
