Ever since the release of epic Film ‘Baahubali’, many raised doubts that the main characters were inspired from the Hindu epic ‘Mahabharatha’.
Now, an official confirmation has come from the Script Writer Vijayendra Prasad, who wrote Baahubali. He has revealed the inspirations for the characters in the epic action entertainer.
Baahubali – A combination of Arjuna & Lord Sri Rama
Bhallaladeva – Copycat of Dhuryodhana and Ravana
Kattappa – Reflection of Bhishma
Sivagami – Shades of Kaikeyi, Gandhari and Kunthi
Bijjaladeva – As cunning as Shakuni
The comparisons made by Vijayendra Prasad look highly apt.
He further revealed that the second part will be much more intense and the real drama will unfold there only. He also hinted that Baahubali might have escaped the attack of loyal Kattappa.
