The gut wrenching Trailer of ‘Sarbjit’ has finally been released and the story looks to give a feeling of shame to every Indian.
Filmmaker Omung Kumar, who had impressed everyone with his debut film ‘Mary Kom’, a biopic of athlete Mary Kom, has directed the biopic of Sarabjit Singh, a Punjab farmer, who by mistake crossed the Pakistan border only to be imprisoned and killed in a jail in Pakistan.
The story is quite moving and it is expected to form a lasting impression on viewer’s minds. Sarabjit Singh was implicated for bomb blasts in Pakistan. He had spent 23 years in jail before he was brutally murdered by jail inmates.
Featuring Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in a never-seen-before role as Sarbjit’s sister who dedicated all her life to get her brother back, the biopic Features a committed Randeep Hooda playing the title role.
The film also features talented actors like Richa Chadha and Darshan Kumar in supporting roles.
