A weird case has been filed against Shah Rukh Khan’s latest release “Fan”, which has been declared commercial flop despite SRK’s commutted performance.
One of the Audiences, who has watched the Film, has now approached district Consumer court alleging the main film does not have “Jabra” Song which was extensively used in the promotion of the flick.
The complainant said that he was unhappy and filed a case against PVR Cinemas, producers Yash Raj Films Private Limited and Shahrukh Khan.
The complainant also mentioned that she has paid Rs 2600 in the form of ticket prices for four member family and she sought return of her ticket amount and a compensation of Rs 50,000 for undergoing mental torture and harassment while watching the film and due to the unfair practices of the filmmakers.
