Suriya’s upcoming science fiction thriller ‘24’ has beaten all the epic Films of Rajamouli, Rajinikanth, Mahesh Babu etc. to have record release in North America.
As per latest reports, Cine Galaxy, which is distributing the film in the US, has already booked 267 screens for the upcoming Vikram Kumar directorial. This feat would not possible if the film had not been releasing simultaneously in Telugu and Tamil. Suriya’s fan following among Telugu Audiences made this possible.
Also starring Samantha and Nithya Menen, ‘24’ is having Worldwide release on May 6. Premiers are planned in a big way on 5th May in North America. Cine Galaxy has recently tasted a huge success with Vijay’s ‘Theri’. They hope for a bigger hit with ‘24’.
The film has music by AR Rahman. Suriya has essayed three different roles in the film.
