The Bombay High Court on Tuesday (May 26) permitted Bollywood actor Salman Khan’s request looking for consent to go to Dubai to perform at an awards event.
The actor has been permitted to Travel from May 27 to 30. The court set out a few conditions for Salman Khan.
According to reports, Salman Khan needs to present his itemized trip plans to the police, including his flight date and time, his location in Dubai and contact numbers.
A part from that, Khan also has to furnish an additional money security of Rs. 2 lakh.
Additionally, the High Court guided the police to hand over the actor’s passport, which he needs to return to the police on return to India.
On May 6, a sessions court convicted Khan and sentenced him to five years of detainment. On May 8, the High Court stayed his sentence and granted him bail.
