The selection of Amaravati as the new capital city of Andhra Pradesh has become a boon for many. Now, the discussion is about a particular builder, Rain Tree Park Builders, who constructed huge apartments and villas opposite Nagarjuna University, few years ago.
Ever since then, people have been calling the builder foolish and say no one will reside in such interior areas. Even the occupancy of those flats has been very poor until recently.
With the move of Amaravati being named capital city, luck suddenly smiled on him. Now, he could be the most profitable person by this move. As per latest reports, the State Government has decided to rent all the available flats (256) and villas (26) there.
These flats will be given to all India services officers and Villas will become homes of the state ministers. With this move, the Andhra Pradesh govt. is looking to shift to Amaravati immediately.
At present, hunt is on for the accommodation arrangements for all other employees to shift them to Amaravati.
