YSRCP President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy was supposed to start his indefinite fast for special category status for AP on September 15th but the date was pushed further to 26th September, today.
But now he has again deferred the proposed indefinite fast at Guntur and the new date is October 7th. YSRCP senior leader Botsa Satyanarayana has announced this new date today.
Yesterday, the High Court rejected the house motion petition filed by YSRCP. After the rejection of the plea, the YSRCP leaders had held a closed door meeting at Lotus Pond, Hyderabad and came to the decision to postpone the hunger strike to 7th October.
It seems that Jagan has got more time to play more political games like ‘Yuva Bheri’, in which he tried to manipulate and involve students in the so called movement to achieve ‘Special Category Status’ for AP.
It has to be seen what new ploy Jagan and YSRCP comes up with, this time.
