Already mega power star Ram Charan’s ‘Bruce Lee’ and Akkineni Akhil’s debut Film ‘Akhil’ are competing for Dussehra, although they are releasing with one week gap. Now this mega and Akkineni clash has been confirmed for Diwali as well.
Mega hero Varun Tej’s new Movie ‘Kanche’, which was suppose to hit screens on October 2nd, has been pushed to November 6, to cash on Diwali WEEKEND.
Now we hear that Akkineni Naga Chaitanya’s new film ‘Sahasame Swasagaa Sagipo’ has been slated for Diwali. Although the exact date of release is not revealed yet, the makers are confident on Diwali this year.
It has to be seen how far the mega vs Akkineni war yields profits for the poor producers.
Gautham Vasudev Menon is directing ‘Sahasame Swasagaa Sagipo’, a romantic drama, having Malayalam actress Manjima Mohan as the female lead. Music of the film is composed by AR Rahman.
Earlier, Naga Chaitanya and Gautham Menon’s ‘Ye Maaya Chesave’ became a cult hit.
