100 Mini Theatres in Bus Stations across AP

Mini theatres are now coming up in the selected bus stands of Andhra Pradesh as Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has given green signal to the proposal made by Kauphy Talkies. In the first phase, nearly 100 mini theaters will be set up in 52 bus stations across the state.

Major bus stations like Vijayawada, Vizag, Guntur, Tirupati etc are shortlisted for implementing this idea in the first phase. Each theatre will accommodate 130 viewers and the ticket rates are Rs 50 – 80 per head.

When the proposal was made by Kauphy talkies, Chandrbbabu realized the potential of the proposal and agreed to set up theatres.

Chnadrbabu immediately ordered RTC Managing Director to identify the bus stations for setting up the theatres. He also ordered to make exhibitors to consult with the respective MROs directly to get their chosen locations sanctioned.

This new idea will provide much needed relief for the passengers who get vexed of waiting for long hours. As per reports Telangana CM KCR has also supported this idea and he would take a call soon.
