Despite the fact that a large portion of the Telugu Films were flop at the Box Office, Telugu Film Industry which is also known as Tollywood has been appraised first in the list of film commercial ventures delivering most number of Movies in the year 2013-2014.
This figure has broken the records of Bollywood and Kollywood.
Out Of the 1966 films released over the globe, 349 are from Telugu film Industry.
A year ago, Tamil films were appraised first to release the most elevated number of films.
Presently, Telugu movies are dominating them from Apirl 2013 – March 2014 respectively.
Interestingly, Attarintiki Daredi featuring Pawan Kalyan has collected about Rs. 75 crore over the globe, in 2013 and none other films till now has broken its record.
