Few days back, TDP has announced the names of the Central and State Committee Members of the party. The swearing-in ceremony of the newly appointed members of these committees happened at NTR Bhavan on 4th of this month. It seems that few senior leaders were not happy with the posts allotted and hence they skipped the ceremony.
Errabelli Dayakar Rao, senior Telangana TDP leader, who is also the current TDP Floor Leader in TS Assembly, did not attend the event as he was denied any key post in the committees.
He used to be the Working President of Telangana but the same position has been given to Revanth Reddy. Moreover, his arch-rival Revuri Prakash Reddy is inducted into Central Committee.
The likes of CM Ramesh, Peddy Reddy, Kishan Yadav etc have also skipped the Swearing-In Ceremony for not allotting any key posts in the party.
However, TDP Leadership was firm on its stand of ‘One man, One post’, while finalizing committee members.
