Popular Bollywood Filmmaker Subhash Ghai, who is called the showman of films for the kind of larger than life films he made in the 80s and 90s, is planning to set up a film institute in Hyderabad, Telangana.
Ghai has already established renowned ‘Whistling Woods film institute’ in Mumbai, some eight years ago. He met Information Technology and Panchayat Raj Minister KTR at Secretariat and disclosed his plan to set up a new branch of ‘Whistling Woods’ film institute in Hyderabad.
As per reports, KTR first thanked Mr.Ghai for coming forward with such a huge proposal and requested him to explore the possibility to set up the institute in the proposed Film City area at Rachakonda.
Subhash Ghai has not yet confirmed anything and he will get back soon said KTR.
