Anushka Shetty’s historical 3D drama Film “Rudhramadevi” is doing pretty average business in the Telugus states and when compared to biggies like Mahesh Babu’s ‘Srimanthudu’ and Ram Charan’s ‘Bruce Lee’, it is far behind.
However, the situation in Tamil Nadu is quite different. This Gunasekhar directorial has beaten the flicks of Mahesh and Charan by fair distance in Chennai city.
While Mahesh Babu’s “Srimanthudu” collected around Rs 40 lakh Gross from both Telugu and Tamil versions in Chennai city, Charan’s “Bruce Lee” has collected almost same, Rs 40 lakh from both versions.
On the other hand, “Rudhramadevi” has collected nearly Rs 80 lakh gross from Telugu and Tamil versions in Chennai city, proving that Anushka’s craze is far higher than our big heroes.
Coming to the collections across the world, Srimanthudu has done in excess of Rs 80 Crore Share, where as Rudramadevi has done only Rs 35 Crore till now. It might end up around Rs 40 Crore.
