According to the survey conducted by Travel website The Guide to Sleeping in Airports, Chennai International Airport has been ranked as the Seventh Worst Airport in Asia. Primary reason for this is dirty toilets, leaking faucets, baggage handling issues etc.
About 26,297 fliers have taken part in this survey to pick up the Best and worst airports based on comfort, cleanliness and customer service offered.
Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal, has been ranked as the Worst Airport in Asia. Port Harcourt International Airport in Nigeria occupied the top slot as the Worst Airport in the World.
