Despite being in the Industry for around three decades, Akkineni Nagarjuna and Daggubati Venkatesh never Shared screen together. However, now we hear that it is soon going to happen.
For the first time, Nagarjuna and Venkatesh are going to appear in the same Feature Film and it will be Naga Chaitanya’s ‘Majnu’, the official Telugu remake of Malayalam blockbuster ‘Premam’.
Venky will play Chaitu’s uncle (the role played by Anant Nag in the Malayalam original) and Nagarjuna is expected to play Chaitu’s father or some other role. It will be a feast for the fans of Nag and Venky.
Chandu Mondeti, who made a smashing debut with Karthikeya, will wield the megaphone for ‘Majnu’. Beautiful actress Shruti Haasan has been roped in to romance Chaitu for the first time.
Anupama Parameswaran, who played one of the leads in the Malayalam, will reprise her role. Another actress will be roped in for the third heroine role. Regular shooting will begin in Vizag in November 2015.
