Two unnamed Indian Women aged 20 and 25, have been arrested on the charges of shop-lifting from a Garment store in Dubai. The other day, they were produced in the Dubai Criminal Court.
As per reports, the two Women, last month, entered the fitting room of a Garment shop and stole 10 pieces of Garments. They removed the security tags using scissors and hid the clothes in their handbags.
A salesman noticed these two roaming around the store and picking up few Garments before they went into the fitting room. They were not holding any Garments when the duo came out of the fitting room, observed the salesman.
Then he immediately checked the fitting rooms for the Garments but could not find any. Later, a security person checked their handbags and found 10 Garments.
A complaint of attempted theft was lodged with the police. The case has been pushed to next hearing on 15th November.
