Many stories sound exciting on paper but some of them turn duds on the silver screen, if proper attention is not made to every detail. That’s what might have happened in the case of Ram Charan’s “Bruce Lee”.
After the unanimous negative talk of ‘Bruce Lee’, many started blaming Megastar Chiranjeevi for the flop show of the Film as they thought that Chiru has finalized the story for the so called action entertainer.
However, as per grapevine, before ‘Bruce Lee’ happened, Chiranjeevi had asked Charan to pick up 3 stories on his own and he will do the necessary changes only after watching the first copy.
Charan then selected Bruce Lee with Vaitla, an action love story with Gautham Menon, even without narrating the storylines to his legendary father. The third film happens to be remake of Thani Oruvan.
So, the credit for the outcome of these three films must be given to Charan but not Chiranjeevi. Probably Chiru wanted his son to select projects on his own so that his judgmental skills improve.
So stop blaming Chiranjeevi for ‘Bruce Lee’.
