The poor planning of Telugu Film Industry is surfacing again and again to trouble the makers. Star heroes are not sticking to the announced release dates and are continuously changing release dates, creating clashes and tough times for small Movies.
If things don’t get properly planned, an epic clash will be seen for next Summer. When power star Pawan Kalyan’s ‘Sardaar’ shooting started, it was heard as Sankranthi 2016 release. However, the postponements of schedules have forced the team to look for another slot and recent reports suggest that makers fixed Ugadi, April 8th slot.
Super star Mahesh Babu’s ‘Brahmotsavam’, first eyed a February release but later announced April 9th, 2016 as release date to mark first biggie of next Summer.
Allu Arjun decided to release his next film ‘Sarainodu’ in April as well, as his last two releases ‘Race Gurram’ and ‘S/O Satyamuthy’ were released in the same month.
All the three biggies are slated for April release only, as of now. Even if they don’t change the month, maintaining a minimum two weeks gap is essential for safe journey at Box Office. In this total process, other small movies will have to become the scapegoats, sadly.
