Prime Minister Narendra Modi led NDA alliance was expected to give tough competition to the Grand Alliance in Bihar Elections if not wins. However, the results are out and the Saffron alliance is given a shameful defeat by the local parties.
It seems that Modi and party President Amit Shah have started assessing what went wrong and decided to reshuffle the cabinet, which could be seen as the first step towards the resurrection of the party.
Modi might remove few key ministers who took the communal ways in the recent times and thus caused the downfall of the party.
Ministers like VK Singh, Mahesh Sharma, Giriraj Kishore etc had caused embarrassment to the NDA Government with their comments during the time of killing of Dalits in Haryana, Dadri killing, the cow slaughter, the beef controversy etc.
This cabinet reshuffling is expected to take place after the Winter Session of the Parliament.
