Can Chandrababu Fulfil Hari Krishna’a Demand of Rajya Sabha Seat?

Senor TDP leader and the son of late Chief Minister Nandamuri Taraka Ramarao, Nandamuri Hari Krishna has reportedly recently met party supreme Nara Chandrababu Naidu to express his wish of becoming Rajya Sabha member.

It may be noted that Hari Krishna was nominated for Rajya Sabha, for the first time, in April 2008. However, he submitted his resignation for the cause of United Andhra Pradesh in August 2013.

By June 21st 2016, the term of Sujana Chowdary, Nirmala Sitaraman, Jairam Ramesh and JD Seelam, the four Rajya Sabha Members from AP, is coming to an end.

Hence Hari Krishna is eyeing for a place. However, it is heard that Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister might not fulfill his wish as he has huge pressure from other sides.

Chandrababu’s son Nara Lokesh is heard to be firm on yet again making his friend Sujana Chowdary as Rajya Sabha MP. BJP wishes to extend Nirmala Sitharaman as Rajya Sabha MP. Few senior leaders of TDP, who were denied Minister posts are lobbying for Rajya Sabha MP positions already.

It has to be seen how Babu tackles this?
