Tamil star hero Dhanush’s upcoming Tamil Film ‘Thanga Magan’ has been titled ‘Nava Manmadhudu’ in Telugu and it is slated for release in the Telugu states on 18th December, simultaneously with the Tamil version.
In fact, ‘Thanga Magan’ is the sequel to Dhanush’s blockbuster hit film ‘VIP’, which was released in Telugu as ‘Raghuvaran BTech’. The Telugu dubbed version was also a big success.
Director Velraj is teaming up with Dhanush again for this film, which has been publicized as the sequel to ‘VIP’. Although Amala Paul was the heroine in the first film, Dhanush is romancing Samantha and Amy Jackson in the second one.
Samantha is pretty much excited about this film. Apart from TriVikram’s “A.Aa” and Mahesh Babu’s “Brahmotsavam”, this one film has kept her on her toes. After ‘S/o Satyamurthy’, ‘Nava Manmadhudu’ will be her next release in Telugu.
This film is quite important for both Dhanush and Samantha. While Dhanush is looking to make his Market in Telugu states, Samantha is eyeing to impress Tamil Audiences as all her Tamil biggies have flopped barring ‘Katthi’.
