Sony cyber-attack: US slaps more sanctions on North Korea

According to latest reports, US President Barack Obama signed an executive order, imposing new transactions against the North Korean government because of what he called Pyongyang`s “numerous provocations,” especially the cyber attack on Sony.

The sanctions focused on three entities; Korea Mining Development trading Corporation, Reconnaissance General Bureau and Korea Tangun Trading Corporation, and ten people who work for the stated substances, denying them get to the US money related framework and banning them doing exchanges with US nationals as per the US Treasury Department.

According to the US Treasury Secretary statement, the actions will further isolate key North Korean entities and disturb the exercises of close to a dozen critical North Korean operatives.
