Union Minister for Labor and Employment Mr. Bandaru Dattatreya said on Sunday, the Center has assigned Rs. 1,900 crore for the implementation of “Panchadeep” e-governance program in the Employees’ State insurance Corporation (ESIC)
Under the programme, enrolment of insured persons in biometric framework according to the WHO guidelines, establishment of machines at all ESIC areas, associating all ESI work places with central station and computerisation of doctor’s facility data framework would be taken, He said.
