Yahoo CEO Marissa Mayer has given birth to identical twin baby girls on 10th December. The info is revealed by Mayer herself as she Shared her joy on Twitter and blogging platform Tumblr.
She said that her family is very much excited about the arrival of the twins. She posted, “Zack (her husband) and I are excited to announce that our identical twin girls have arrived!”Our whole family is doing great! Thanks to everyone for all of the support and well wishes throughout my pregnancy.”
Mayer is expected to take a limited maternity leave. She and her husband Zachary Bogue already have a three-year-old son. Post his birth, she took just two weeks leave, sparking criticism that she was setting a bad example for working mothers. Yahoo generally offers 16 weeks of maternity leave.
