Kejriwal calls Modi ‘Coward and Psychopath’ After CBI Raid

Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal has accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of carrying out a psychopathic political vendetta against his administration after the raids of CBI at the Delhi secretariat.

Even though Kejriwal was beaten by Modi in the 2014 General Elections for the Varanasi constituency, he oversaw a landslide victory over Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Delhi Assembly polls at the start of 2015. The duo has since clashed repeatedly.

The firebrand chief minister of Aam Aadmi Party alleged that his own office was among the several rooms that were raided by the CBI.  News of the raid was broken by Kejriwal himself by posting on Twitter, “CBI raids my office. When Modi cudn’t handle me politically, he resorts to this cowardice. Modi is a coward and a psychopath”.

On the other hand, a spokesman for the CBI said that Kejriwal’s own office was not targeted and the raid was against Rajendra Kumar, Kejriwal’s principal secretary.

Kejriwal declared that CBI was lying and he was the main target.

“CBI lying. My own office raided. Files of CM office are being looked into. Let Modi say which file he wants?

If CBI had any evidence against Rajender, why didn’t they Share it wid me? I wud hv acted against him

My own office files are being looked into to get some evidence against me. Rajender is an excuse,” tweeted Delhi CM.
