Superstar Rajinikanth and director Shankar’s magnum opus ‘Enthiran 2’ aka ‘Robot 2’ aka 2.0 has gone on floors today, 16th December.
After numerous speculations, the official confirmation came straight from Shankar as last night he confirmed the news by writing on his official social networking page, ‘2.0 shoot starts from tomorrow.. Excited !!!”.
“Endhiran 2.0 shoot begins today. Happy and proud to be part of the sequel. Heartfelt thanks and wishes to Director @shankarshanmugh.” wrote Madhan Karky, who is part of this mega Budget project.
As per reports, the shooting will take place in a huge erected set at Chembarambakkam (EVP), the outskirts of Chennai, for around 10 days. Rajinikanth was present today on the sets and Shankar has planned to capture few close shots of the superstar. However, he won’t be present for the rest of the 10 days as he is currently busy working for his next release, Kabali.
Likely to be made on staggering budget of over Rs 250 crore, the Film has Amy Jackson playing a Robot. Shankar is leaving no stone unturned to make Robot 2 a visual spectacle.
