Thala Ajith’s upcoming grand Diwali release ‘Vedalam’ has been censored and it has acquired a clean U certificate from the Censor Board. It is said to have all the necessary elements needed for a commercial entertainer.
With a runtime of 152 minutes and 32 seconds, ‘Vedalam’ is expected to take the Box Office by storm. Ajith’s box office stamina needs no introduction and it is well known that he is called the king of openings.
Diwali season will definitely help this much awaited Movie. The released promos have already created huge craze for this entertainer.
‘Vedalam’, directed by Siva, who earlier directed Ajith’s ‘Veeram’, has Shruthi Haasan playing the female lead role. Lakshmi Menon is playing Ajith’s sister role.
The only minute drawback for the Film is that it has to compete with Kamal Haasan’s ‘Thoongavanam’ and Salman Khan’s ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’ at the box office. However Ajith’s stardom can withstand it and make the film get thunderous collections.
