When the makers of Ram Charan’s ‘Bruce Lee’ were feeling happy as they got no opposition for Dasara festival since much hyped Akkineni Akhil’s debut flick “Akhil” got postponed, two unexpected competitors have now joined the race.
Young mega hero Varun Tej and Nandamuri Kalyan Kalyan Ram have now advanced the release dates of their upcoming Films to 22nd October.
Varun Tej’s “Kanche” that was originally scheduled for release on October 2nd earlier, got pushed to November 5th. With Akhil getting postponed, they have decided to advance to 22nd of this month to cash in on Dasara Holiday season.
At the same time, Kalyan Ram’s “Sher” was supposed to hit screens on October 30th but now it is advanced to 22nd October, by a week.
Although, postponement of “Akhil” is a big advantage for “Kanche” and “Sher”, there will be huge competition from “Bruce Lee” and “Rudhramadevi”.
However, being a festival season, the makers might have felt that there is scope for multiple Movies to run at a time.
